Tired of scandals, Bush to allow special Presidential election...
I can't believe the quote I've found--check this out while I check my sources:
"Americans are tired of investigations and scandal, and the best way to get rid of them is to elect a new president who will bring a new administration, who will restore honor and dignity to the White House."
Oh, crap...actually, it was Governor George W. Bush who said the above, and he said it in September of 2000 while on the campaign trail. Lucky for him--it was only a campaign promise.
